i-Sails for C420

We developed our C420 with the input of coach Kyle Easton, of Portland Oregon, and introduced it at the ICSA meeting in Park City, January 2010.

In keeping with our "quality in design" philosophy, we started with a championship winning i420 design, and adapted it to the C420 boat, non tapered mast, different and thicker cloth, etc. The outline of the sail was also modified, with a floating tack on the main, concave leech on the jib, big skirt, etc. Our cloth is a super durable 250g/sqm Dacron, heavier cousin of our sails for Laser^®* cloth.

These sails are full of details that will ensure durability and ease of use in fleet and club environments - from the tack and reinforcements finishes, to the double velcro forced batten on the main and more. Just check the details photo gallery, and the action photo gallery.

The main is delivered with a tube bag, leech tell tales and battens. Huge, color-coded team racing numbers included for orders of 9 sails.
The jib comes with leech and luff tell tales. Both sails are delivered flaked-rolled, to minimize creases. See details photo gallery.
